Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@MissGremlin - you should have heard the preformance nova gave lol 😂 it was so silly.
@Nala2022 - I’m going to paint my room today, we are good, disliking the cold, had to strip mums bed as one of the cats was sick on it. I just turned my heater on In my room, now I’m back in the main house doing the washing and making sure it all looks good for when mum gets home.

@Nala2022 - I’m painting it a purple, they are ok now, I’m laying on mums bed in front of the heater as her bedding is in the dryer and I’m laying on her bed trying to warm up because I’m cold.
