Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

I’m sorry you’re feeling like this @Fluttershy1. It sounds like everything is feeling really overwhelming right now. If you can, just take things gently and give yourself permission to switch off for a little while. You don’t have to deal with everything all at once

I try to but my brain won’t let me, I’m laying on my bed playing my phone while chatting here. Nova has some mad zoomies, got no brakes and she keeps running into walls lol. I just feel low. Am safe

Sometimes it can be really hard when you know you’re feeling awful but can’t even work out exactly what you’re feeling. You don’t have to figure it all out right now
