Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

Not coping, all I wanna do is sleep but nova is waking me up which is getting me more deregulated. Ive barely slept and im a mess @Nala2022 - so if my responses are delayed today im napping lol. Am safe

It sounds like you’re completely exhausted, so if you can get some sleep definitely take the opportunity to rest
Don’t worry about replying quickly either, just focus on looking after yourself and getting some rest when you can. Hopefully Nova lets you get a decent nap in
