Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

I’ve been quite busy today @MissGremlin - been awake since 6:30am, got my bed, put it together, cleaned and moved my room around again, then went to Kmart to pick up sheets doona & doona cover, made my bed with my sheets & had dinner, played with nova, got ice cream from the shops, came home now I’m laying in bed while nova plays with her toys, I’ve got Perry next to me.

nova is just prancing around like she owns the joint hahaha. Am safe
