Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

It's so cold today I reckon bed might be the perfect place to be! Have you got a hot water bottle? I just made one. I like to kinda snuggle it..lol. You have cats for snuggling, don't you?!
My dog is a big big to fit on my lap for snuggling...

I know things are hard and heavy at the moment and you're doing your best. I hear you, I see you.

Hai @hopeful_hannah - nova is running around like a silly kitty, I’m laying in bed with 3 blankets and a headache. She’s currently biting my feet that are under a blanket. I’m probably just going to have a quiet one and watch a movies cuddle with Nova when she settles down

I've just come from my fortnightly depot injection. I generally sack out for about two days
Dr prescribed one of these new diabetes meds for weight loss. "Twice a day with food AND recommend intermittent fasting"
lol, I cannot do both
He set a CBT exercise for the increase in suspicious thinking
I'm just chilling with my cockatiels now. They were confined to their digs for a few hours. And when tha happens, following up with quality time maintains the peace
