I'm wiped out after today's Plumbing nightmare.
I managed to break the Copper pipe attached to my Garden Tap - Even though I was gentle with it, when I was trying to put a new Garden Tap on.
So I had a Jet of water streaming 3 metres across my Driveway.
Had to call an After Hours Plumber.
Who then had to replace a section of Copper Pipe, attach a new outlet with thread, & attach a new Garden Tap.
So instead of me saving $$ by changing the Tap myself - Which I have done successfully several times before.
The Plumber cost me $1000, mainly because he had to dig a big hole to replace part of that Copper Pipe.
Oh my, what a day....

@Oaktree I spent most of Friday and the weekend sanding and staining some reclaimed American White Oak.

Most likely a Step Stool or a bench seat.
It’s so heavy. Possibly made of Neutron star. 😆

@Chasingsunsets I have never worked with American White Oak before. So far all I can tell you is that it’s thirsty. But it absorbs the Jarrah tea stain that I made very evenly.
