@Shaz51 Lovely. Keen to have cuppa with you i'll put one now.

@Taali @heartathome @ENKELI @Appleblossom

i have been doing a lot better most of last week, although some big struggles letting go of the lies hurting me my truth.

Today has been much more quiet than things have been. And only anxiety has been pestering its usually grab net casting but so far they have had no hold on me. Which makes life so much easier.

Truth Owns My Truth

Yesterday I carried the world,
by noon I could barely stand.
Today I put down what wasn't mine,
and found peace in an open hand.

I sought answers in other hearts,
and found only grief and strain.
I turned instead toward what is true,
and found room to breathe again.

So I awoke beneath a burden
too heavy to bear alone.
By midday I saw the weight
was never mine to own.

What was mine, the truth remained,
steadfast through loss and strife.
For what I laid down was never mine,
revealing the truth of restored life

Wonderful. Some sort of mantis @Shaz51 ?

Cold here, I'll go for a walk while it's still light. Longest night tonight I think.
