Something’s not right

Riding a wave

Riding a wave

Hi all,

@CherryBomb, @Former-Member or any other @Former-Member floating around Forum Land, will you ride a wave with me? I thought I would be fine doing something...but it turns out that the something has made my big feelings BIG and now I'm in a pickle...and there's nothing worse than a pickled turtle! I'm going to go and snuggle in my bed so I probably won't actually respond to you, but it will still super help me to know that I am not utterly alone on the wave. I don't want to tag anyone else because I don't want anyone to feel they need to respond. Thank you in advance for riding with me.

Re: Riding a wave

@Mazarita @CheerBear @Owlunar @soul Thank you for coming past the ocean this morning. It super helps to feel heard and like I am not completely alone. Thank you for understanding that that is all I need - I really don't have the slightest inclination to actually converse too much about my muddle here in Forum Land.

I have checked the calander and I know that the reason the waves are extra big at the moment is because of stupid hormones. I know that objectively, my situation is no different to what it was a few days ago when it seemed more survivable. I know I just need to ride it out for the next few days. Thank you for riding with me.

Hi @Phoenix_Rising

I had a look at my calendard - seeing as I have not seen the sky much lately because of the bad weather - and we have a full moon too - which together with people's hormones makes the whole world seem rotten to lots of women at this time of the month - dr-at.

This time will pass Phoenix - I mean the hormones - that's one good thing about getting older

I think

Dec - sending quieter waves if possible

Living is super hard work today. @Former-Member or @Former-Member are you around for a tiny turtle hug?

Just as well I have my new psychiatrist, Dr. Havetodo. Did you meet her @Former-Member and @Former-Member? Here she is with me and Squishy and Mr Seahorse all safely snuggled in @CheerBear's fluffy blanket.
