Riding a wave

Hi all,

@CherryBomb, @Former-Member or any other @Former-Member floating around Forum Land, will you ride a wave with me? I thought I would be fine doing something...but it turns out that the something has made my big feelings BIG and now I'm in a pickle...and there's nothing worse than a pickled turtle! I'm going to go and snuggle in my bed so I probably won't actually respond to you, but it will still super help me to know that I am not utterly alone on the wave. I don't want to tag anyone else because I don't want anyone to feel they need to respond. Thank you in advance for riding with me.

I don't even know how to get out of bed. I don't know how to keep on keeping on. I don't know how to search for therapist-take-eleven. I don't know how to do any of it anymore. I need help and there is no one. I am super scared. @Former-Member @Former-Member

One thing at a time @Phoenix_Rising it seems like the stress of changing therapists is affecting you quite a lot, we are here for you okay, you are not alone, please don't be scared. Call the SANE Help Centre if you would like to talk alright 🙂

Good night @NikNik,

Did you know I went two nights without feeling the need to check in here...and then I had the horrendous session with (A). I was so happy this time last week @NikNik. I felt so good for such a little time. Will it ever really get better? Will I ever feel as calm and peaceful as that turtle looks in the picture you posted the other day? That's what I want NikNik. I want to just feel calm and safe on a super calm ocean. Will my world ever look as peaceful as that picture? I SUPER hope so. Thank you for being with me until that time. Night.

They are SUPER cool @NikNik. You find the best pictures. I will look at them for a while as I snuggle under my blanket. Sparkly pictures are super.
