@CherryBomb, @Former-Member or any other @Former-Member floating around Forum Land, will you ride a wave with me? I thought I would be fine doing something...but it turns out that the something has made my big feelings BIG and now I'm in a pickle...and there's nothing worse than a pickled turtle! I'm going to go and snuggle in my bed so I probably won't actually respond to you, but it will still super help me to know that I am not utterly alone on the wave. I don't want to tag anyone else because I don't want anyone to feel they need to respond. Thank you in advance for riding with me.
What are you trained to do @SleepyPanda when someone is going out of their mind with anger/anxiety/irritability ?

Re: Riding a wave
Thanks @Zoe but I’m so angry and I’d only end up abusing you. Best I put myself out with the dog

Re: Riding a wave
You wouldn't be the first to abuse me @Catcakes - I can take it.
I understand how heightened your emotions can be when you are angry - but the offer is still here - and I can listen - either way - whatever is best for you

Re: Riding a wave
having all that going is would be totally draining @Catcakes - no wonder you feel like sh*t
What are you most worried about? I know that isn't always an easy question to answer as everything blends into each other on days like you have had!

Re: Riding a wave
So, @Zoe7, I’m caring for my mum, she’s 87 and will be lucky to see Xmas , I probably need to bring her to my house, we have 17 stairs which she can’t climb, I go to her daily, do all the shopping, cooking, caring for her. My partner had a bad accident, he has multiple injuries, we have 17 stairs, he just went up on hands and feet 15 mins ago. Cat scan tomorrow on his “better” knee. Kids out/working tonight. My father’s birthday today(he is deceased). I feel angry that I can’t acknowledge his birthday. I’m upset...
