Riding a wave

Sigh...another day is nearly done. Only 14 sleeps now until NikNik comes home. That seems so far away, but I know I can keep sitting on the pause button for 14 more sleeps.

This is so so so SO hard. @Former-Member @Former-Member do you think I could maybe get a "good job" or a "well done" for working so superly duperly hard at sitting on the pause button? I have a feeling that lots of people are sitting on pause buttons until NikNik gets home. It's HARD @Former-Member and @Former-Member. My brain is SO broken.

@Former-Member @CheerBear and @Zoe7, I am going to spend the night floating on my pause button out on the ocean. I think the fresh sea air will do me good. If I need to, I know where I can find you in the underwater cave. I think I just need some alone (but not really alone) time. I feel SO overwhelmed and SO lost. Drifting alone on the dark ocean feels like a good fit for me tonight.

All is well...even when it's really really not!

Ps. Making pictures is FUN @Zoe7...but I seriously need to learn some shortcuts or something. I'm sure you must be able to do this MUCH quicker than me!!!

@CheerBear I am certain that what you just mentioned in the nest is true. You seem to be juggling two agonizingly similar muddles right now.

I am going to sleep out on the ocean again tonight. Everything feels so dark and lonely, and being out on the ocean feels right because it so much fits with my feelings. Thirteen sleeps, just thirteen sleeps. We can do this. We've got this!

@CheerBear I am in an absolute world of pain sitting on the pause button right now. I just so very very VERY badly want NikNik to come home. By the way, do you watch The Big Bang Theory? Have you ever seen Sheldon when someone says something incorrect and he is trying really really hard not to correct them? It looks funny, but really, he is probably in intense emotional distress.
