I don't know what to add but yes - it should be easy to unmuddle a muddle but maybe it's like trying to put toothpaste back into the tube or unscramble an egg
@Owlunar I have no sense at all that it "should be easy to unmuddle a muddle." At the same time, if it's like trying to put toothpast back into the tube or unscramble an egg, then I'm done. Why would I stay alive to try and fix something that isn't fixable? What would be the point in that? I know it isn't like that. I know it IS fixable. That is the despair. I know that (K) or my turtle whisperer could help to actually FIX it.
@Zoe7 The thing is, with each failed attempt to connect with a therapist, I have less energy to try again. To me, saying I've done it before so I can do it again, is akin to saying "you can run 100 metres at that speed so you can run an entire marathon at the same speed." It isn't like that. My brain is SO fried from all my bad therapist interactions, that I simply don't know how to try again.
Oh and BTW @Zoe7 I super do know that you and others here care about me. When my brain isn't so puddled, I would be curious to know what made you think I think otherwise. I super like you.
@Former-Member The waves are super super super giant. I have stuff I super badly need to get done today and it has descended into a day of Operation Stay Alive.
