Hey folks.
@SmilingGecko Appreciate that you have had some negative experiences with people who sleep all the time, it sounds like it meant a lot of inconsistent experiences, which can definitely be difficult in any relationship.
However, claiming that people who sleep all the time are deceivers is a generalisation, and not respectful of people who may have sleep disorders or who sleep more than others but do not display the same kinds of inconsistent or deceptive behaviour.
Remember to be respectful at all times!

Yes @creative_writer that is very high blood pressure. I suffer from high blood pressure all the time even though I take 3 tablets for it. When I had a 24 hour monitor put on my blood pressure was ok. I’m having it tested again next month for the 3rd time. I had heart tests about 5 years ago they were all fine. I’m thoroughly sick of all these tests. Inherited high blood pressure from my father.

I am the opposite, too much sleep. I was so tired today, falling asleep at the drop of a hat.

I don’t feel any physical effects from my high blood pressure @creative_writer though I do wonder if it contributes to my light headedness sometimes. I had a quiet evening and went to bed early because I was tired. Will try to nap today as I want to watch my footy team play Thursday night.
Yes I know I’m awake ridiculously early, but had 6 hours sleep so ok.

Feeling better than yesterday at least after 4 hours sleep, no anxiety pestering just a little down yet hopefully i pick up a little or better still catch a few more hours before the night is done.
a well know song sung which has my dog Zeus howl, something he never does otherwise, i alway smile him going for it.
