I have come to the conclusion that with age, it gets harder to deal with mental health issues. I mean for me it has. Yes I understand more about it and know what not are my triggers even tho I’m learning about my self everyday something new, I realise it’s getting harder for me to cope emotionally and I take things well everything to heart alot more which results in my attacks and intense episodes. Does anyone feel like that too or is it all in my head?

I hope all goes well with the surgery @GezzaP . My sister had both eyes done last year and she was happy with the outcome and improved vision.
