Hope you are ok @Meowmy . I’m relaxing now gardener and cleaner have left. My stick vacuum cleaner battery or cord is faulty. Will look for paperwork tomorrow. Might be a case of getting a new one. Whatever. Thanks for caring about @creative_writer .

I’m drinking water too @Meowmy . Got a touch of indigestion probably from coffee I had. Not sure I’ll eat much this evening had a big lunch at the local pub. Bought some oysters for a treat. Thinking will have for lunch tomorrow rather than eat them tonight. I have my main meal at lunch time. Hope your afternoon is ok. I’m ok a bit hypomanic but not too bad.

Hi @Shaz51 . I feel pretty good today. Slept for 8 1/2 hours last night. Need 3-4 good nights to get rid of hypomania. How are you today? I had a late coffee for me hope it doesn’t keep me awake too late.

Afternoon ok so far @Meowmy . Getting a bit tired as I always am by 4pm. Wondering where puss is and hoping is ok haven’t seen her all day. Got a heat pad on my back.
Had acupuncture this morning. She wanted to see me twice a week but i told her straight out that I can’t afford that. She accepted that. I’m on a small super pension it is not enough some fortnights with bills and groceries going up in price all the time.
Oh well that’s the end of my moan. I am better off than many. Don’t know how people on welfare survive.
