@GezzaP @Meowmy I've taken a higher dose of PRN today and contacted SCBS, I'm hoping the suicidal thoughts (I'm safe) settle soon, it's feeling quite rough but I am at least not the point I was earlier this year. Right now it's about preventing myself from escalating to that risky state again

Hi @creative_writer . I had bangers and mash with salad for lunch.
Gardener/cleaner also assembled two items for my cat while he was here and he cleaned up some shelves plus vacuumed and mopped floors. He is very handy and reasonably cheap. He left about an hour ago.
I did some dishes then had a cuppa. Got a heat pad on my back now and relaxing in arm
chair.
Glad to hear your malady has eased a bit. Hang in there.
