@Chasingsunsets moggies are as crazy as usual, GypsyMonroe is still sleeping in the shower and Mr Murdermittens is still proving that ginger cats only have 1 brain cell that they share with every other ginger on the planet!

Hope you have a good night's rest 😴 💕

Re: Saturday Soiree -- 21st March 2026

@Chasingsunsets my day was pretty relaxed. The nose has stopped now. Not sure what brought that on.

I just ordered some crystals that are good for depression. These are Rose Quartz, Smoky Quartz, Orange Calcite, Lepidolite & Angelite. That was one selection and another one had these ones which I also ordered. Lapis, Lepidolite, Orange Calcite, Angelite & Moss Agate.

I have also ordered some sage to cleanse the crystals and a beginners book on crystals. And a Selenite Charging Bowl as well.

I have ordered a variety of heart shaped crystals where I thought the stone would be good for me. And I ordered a couple for my partner. I found one that helps with panic attacks, so since he had one at work last week I have ordered it for him. Plus this cute Clear Quartz Crystal Labubu

And this Selenite Paw

@Jynx

As I have ordered the crystals I have created a file for each crystal with pictures and I have copied the description and what it is good for and placed it in a word document with a picture so I know what each crystal is good for and what it looks like.

Re: Saturday Soiree -- 21st March 2026

Goodnight@Chasingsunsets I asked Google AI about crystals for brain power and clarity, and this was its response.

Several crystals are traditionally valued for enhancing brain power, focus, and mental clarity. Fluorite is widely considered the most effective "brain stone" for organizing thoughts, while Clear Quartz is the "master healer" used to amplify mental energy and clear confusion.
Top Crystals for Brain Power and Clarity
  • Fluorite (The "Genius Stone"): Known as a "mental organizer," it helps clear brain fog, improves concentration, and balances the hemispheres of the brain to bring order to chaotic thoughts.
  • Clear Quartz: Acts as a "clarity catalyst" by filtering out distractions and amplifying your focus. It is often used to unblock stagnant energy and provide a fresh mental perspective.
  • Amethyst: Primarily used to soothe the mind, Amethyst reduces stress and anxiety that can cloud judgment. It is believed to boost intellectual thought and help with decision-making.
  • Sodalite (The "Logic Stone"): Promotes rational thinking, objectivity, and truth. It is ideal for tasks requiring heavy analysis, calculation, or logical reasoning.
  • Lapis Lazuli: Stimulates the "higher mind" to enhance intellectual ability and memory. It is often recommended for students and researchers to aid in processing complex information.
  • Pyrite (The "Stone of Memory"): Believed to stimulate the intellect and improve memory retention. It also boosts energy and motivation to overcome procrastination.
  • Hematite: A grounding stone that acts as an "anchor," pulling scattered thoughts back to a centered state. It is particularly useful for staying focused during high-pressure situations.

@Chasingsunsets

this is one of my favourite photos of MM - he sleeps in the most unusual positions.
As for Gypsy, she is just as nuts. I think it must be the Ragdoll in them both, although Gypsy doesn't look like she has much Ragdoll in her. I had to give her a human anti anxiety med to calm her down to remove a couple of mats from her fur. I picked her up and she was on her back with her back feet straight out and her front feet above her head. She was so...shall we say...relaxed that she didn't care what happened to her!

I hope your week treats you well xoxo
