@Shaz51 nice and loud is the only way to listen to music. I normally don't have to put any on, as the next-door neighbour plays her music nice and loud and I can hear it very clearly. And she has good taste in music.

Hi @Chasingsunsets and @Shaz51 just finished up with today’s excursion — I think I did well today in being able to attend there and be there on my own, without having my own support worker (she couldn’t come with me due to a migraine). I was able to use some fidget objects that the place offered for me to cope with being in an environment with other participants that I can use to play with along the way.

Hi @Shaz51 and others. Just quickly dropping by to say have a great Saturday arvo and night and enjoy yourselves!
I’ve had a mixed day of doing uni studies and having mild panic attacks over the work that I’ve got to get completed, including not having a good night sleep and then sleeping in past my expected wake up time this morning - not a happy camper! I’m so glad that I took a mental health day yesterday from uni to deal with the previous few days stuff via uni accommodation- got in some much needed self care strategies so I highly recommend this to all forum users who work or study as it really does help with mental health issues. I feel a lot better for doing this and will utilise it more if I need it in the future.
Time to go back to the computer and do more studying! Tonight I may watch some netball as a reward for studying!
