@DogMan79 thanks for replying. I suppose I should be grateful that my travel time is on 60 minutes then. Actually, I don't mind the drive. That's when I go over things in my head, so by the time I get there, I have a plan of what I want to talk about and where I want to go from here.
Have you or anyone else heard of the tapping technique to help with PTSD symptoms?
