Something’s not right

Does it ever stop

Does it ever stop

Hey - I feel like I can’t escape how I feel, how I react to things, how flashbacks and people I see that have caused me trauma in the past and present. I feel like I’m just trapped in it some days constantly and that it just wants to stay and haunt me and not leave.

my house mates have been arguing constantly and it got to a point tonight where I yelled at them to stop as it is getting annoying as it’s nearly everyday and it never stops. Then one of them had a go at me and started yelling and telling me that it’s the other persons fault when it wasn’t even them. It’s just a constant run around and I can’t seem to escape it.

im just now curled up on my bed in tears because I’m so triggered and I don’t know what or how I’m feeling.

im safe

but it’s just bringing up all my past all over again.

@Nala2022 - it’s just medical trauma from the hospital as it’s connected, nope no plan just back to my GP, my iron is still low. I’m probably in need of an iron infusion which my veins are horrible to get.

I just wanna hide, there’s this energy drink oxyshred and it apparently helps lose weight, and I’m tempted to try. But who knows.
Am safe.

Re: Does it ever stop

It’s understandable that going back there would bring up a lot of difficult feelings. It sounds like you’ve been carrying that alongside everything else, which is a lot for one person to manage @Fluttershy1

Sometimes when things feel overwhelming, wanting to hide can feel like the safest option.

I do want to gently check in about what you mentioned regarding OxyShred. It might be worth running that past your GP, just to make sure it’s safe and suitable for you given everything going on

I’m really glad you’ve let us know you’re safe 💛

Do you have any plans for today?

Re: Does it ever stop

I hear you about feeling scared and insecure about your body right now. That sounds really heavy to be carrying alongside everything else. It’s really good that you’re planning to talk with your GP about things before making any changes, that’s a really important step in looking after your health @Fluttershy1

I hope you enjoy your time at Kmart with your mum. Oh rearranging a few things in your room?

I hope all goes well with your support worker today 😊

Not too much today, the weather isn't the greatest, I think I'll stay in and watch movies later on today

Re: Does it ever stop

I'm glad you've been able to keep busy and that it's helping, sometimes being productive can keep the mind distracted and moving the body helps too 😊

it's been nice talking to you. I should be around tomorrow too @Fluttershy1
