Something’s not right

Does it ever stop

Does it ever stop

Hey - I feel like I can’t escape how I feel, how I react to things, how flashbacks and people I see that have caused me trauma in the past and present. I feel like I’m just trapped in it some days constantly and that it just wants to stay and haunt me and not leave.

my house mates have been arguing constantly and it got to a point tonight where I yelled at them to stop as it is getting annoying as it’s nearly everyday and it never stops. Then one of them had a go at me and started yelling and telling me that it’s the other persons fault when it wasn’t even them. It’s just a constant run around and I can’t seem to escape it.

im just now curled up on my bed in tears because I’m so triggered and I don’t know what or how I’m feeling.

im safe

but it’s just bringing up all my past all over again.

I'm sorry to hear that the housemates have started up again @Fluttershy1 😞 . If you need someone to talk to in real-time, just a reminder you can always call https://1800respect.org.au/ - Domestic includes housemates *hug* and "violence" includes verbal/emotional as well as physical/sexual.

However... I would also LOVE to hear about your scrapbooking you are doing - if you'd like to share about it? 😍

@Fluttershy1 - that's no good! Im sorry you have to go through that. I remember trying to find rentals, hard going that's for sure.

I hope you find somewhere soon!

Re: Does it ever stop

I have felt like that a lot @Fluttershy1 but then also recently I feel quietly seen, when people acknowledge my presence. A lot depends on the situation.

You scrapbook sounds good.

@Appleblossom - it really depends, my NDIS team make me feel seen and heard but ER and some other people not so much. It depends, I’ve been feeling very emotional. But am safe

Re: Does it ever stop

@Appleblossom @Fluttershy1 do you both have support workers from NDIS?

I spoke to my gp about NDIS funding but he said Bipolar might not be enough.

I guess the rule makers dont know what its like to go through Bipolar Depression.

Hey @Anonymouse1000 - I have mine for intellectual disability, Borderline personality disorder, ptsd, and my physical health, but trying to get a adhd diagnosis.

they are making it real hard these days to get on the NDIS. I’ve been on it for 6 years.
