Does it ever stop

Hey - I feel like I can’t escape how I feel, how I react to things, how flashbacks and people I see that have caused me trauma in the past and present. I feel like I’m just trapped in it some days constantly and that it just wants to stay and haunt me and not leave.

my house mates have been arguing constantly and it got to a point tonight where I yelled at them to stop as it is getting annoying as it’s nearly everyday and it never stops. Then one of them had a go at me and started yelling and telling me that it’s the other persons fault when it wasn’t even them. It’s just a constant run around and I can’t seem to escape it.

im just now curled up on my bed in tears because I’m so triggered and I don’t know what or how I’m feeling.

im safe

but it’s just bringing up all my past all over again.

my heater has decided to throw a fit and can I be bothered walking to a nurse, nope lol.

@Fluttershy1 i know it can hard when our minds are busy and being overtired really doesn't help.

That sucks about your heater, hoping you can get warm soon sweet. Maybe you could ask for an extra blanket when you feel up for it.

Ended up going for a walk to the nurse @MissGremlin - she was surprised aswell!

she showed me where to get another blanket if needed so that was really nice, sitting in bed doing my word search. Hoping to fall asleep soon. But got a very busy mind so it might take awhile

@Fluttershy1 I'm glad you went for a walk to the nurse and I'm glad she showed you where to get another blanket if you need it.

Hoping the word search can help you to relax a bit. Have you got Perry snuggled up with you?

I got Perry!!!! @MissGremlin - he’s being cheeky like normal. He’s judging the staff. Which is very cheeky, but we have our 3 faves on tomorrow all throughout the day 1 in the morning, 1 in the arvo, 1 on overnight so I’m happy.
