Does it ever stop

Hey - I feel like I can’t escape how I feel, how I react to things, how flashbacks and people I see that have caused me trauma in the past and present. I feel like I’m just trapped in it some days constantly and that it just wants to stay and haunt me and not leave.

my house mates have been arguing constantly and it got to a point tonight where I yelled at them to stop as it is getting annoying as it’s nearly everyday and it never stops. Then one of them had a go at me and started yelling and telling me that it’s the other persons fault when it wasn’t even them. It’s just a constant run around and I can’t seem to escape it.

im just now curled up on my bed in tears because I’m so triggered and I don’t know what or how I’m feeling.

im safe

but it’s just bringing up all my past all over again.

Yeh, it really does. I’m trying to self regulate. Am safe. Just chilling on my mat @MissGremlin doing my diamond art

I am noticing that you often feel good when you have seen your support worker, so they must be a really positive energy in your life.

I just popped away to make some curry, but I am back. Are you still doing diamond art?

That makes sense, evenings can be really tough. That is when I find a familiar TV show can be really helpful. Do you have a go-to? I know @MissGremlin really likes Buffy and Angel!

@AuntGlow - it helps having the support workers, I’m now making pasta for dinner as I’m hungry. Then I’ll do more diamond art, I have a few go to shows and movies, SpongeBob SquarePants, lilo & stitch, dumbo those are a few to name.

Yeah, I’ve had a pretty good day @MissGremlin - I don’t have much of this strip left to do. But it’s been really therapeutic.
