Does it ever stop

Hey - I feel like I can’t escape how I feel, how I react to things, how flashbacks and people I see that have caused me trauma in the past and present. I feel like I’m just trapped in it some days constantly and that it just wants to stay and haunt me and not leave.

my house mates have been arguing constantly and it got to a point tonight where I yelled at them to stop as it is getting annoying as it’s nearly everyday and it never stops. Then one of them had a go at me and started yelling and telling me that it’s the other persons fault when it wasn’t even them. It’s just a constant run around and I can’t seem to escape it.

im just now curled up on my bed in tears because I’m so triggered and I don’t know what or how I’m feeling.

im safe

but it’s just bringing up all my past all over again.

Diamond art is always such a great to regulate and refocus the mind.

Speaking of your mind, I hope it says some kind things to you this evening as well.

@AuntGlow - Thankyou for all the kind words, it means a lot.

I love doing the diamond art I find it quite calming. Sometimes I watch my show with it or I just have music playing on my Bluetooth speaker when I’m doing it, same with when I’m making the lucky stars.

im watching my stars on my roof with Perry and keeping warm as I’m really feeling the cold of late, it makes my muscles ache. Not fun.

Perry is also sending you a hug back a penguin hug.

hopefully will sleep the whole night again as I haven’t been sleeping well at all.

this week coming is a very quiet one. Nothing plannEd which is good, just got my workers coming in and we will probably do diamond art and watch movies.

@MindfulMango - I ended up starting a new one, I didn’t know what to do, I had no other colours to go with it so I threw it in.

now I’m doing a big one.

support worker starts at 4pm. Probably will just do diamond art and watch a movie
