I just wanted to jump in, because I saw a couple of posts that you've shared, saying that tonight has been extra difficult for you 😔 It's great that you're keeping yourself distracted and doing some calming activities (something about crafting can be really soothing hey!)

While it can be really tough to sit in a space like this, I want to send a gentle reminder that you don't have to carry this all on your own 🌿 Your Sane community is here, and I also encourage you to make use of the free counselling hotlines like BeyondBlue or Lifeline, if you need a chat.

If all you feel like doing tonight is to make a whole heap of stars with your current favourite show on the background, that is also totally okay 🌼 It's alright to take things one step at a time, and to just focus on getting some rest or whatever it is you need to do to feel even more settled.

I eventually fell asleep to ocean sounds and with my weighted penguin. Yesterday was a lot, still making stars today and watching my favourite show waiting for my support worker to start.
