Does it ever stop

Hey - I feel like I can’t escape how I feel, how I react to things, how flashbacks and people I see that have caused me trauma in the past and present. I feel like I’m just trapped in it some days constantly and that it just wants to stay and haunt me and not leave.

my house mates have been arguing constantly and it got to a point tonight where I yelled at them to stop as it is getting annoying as it’s nearly everyday and it never stops. Then one of them had a go at me and started yelling and telling me that it’s the other persons fault when it wasn’t even them. It’s just a constant run around and I can’t seem to escape it.

im just now curled up on my bed in tears because I’m so triggered and I don’t know what or how I’m feeling.

im safe

but it’s just bringing up all my past all over again.

my thoughts have been everywhere today, still not feeling better, just wanna cry, just wanna feel better, not have constant racing thoughts running in my head.

been using my coping skills, currently making stars and watching Mary Poppins on my mat. Have eaten dinner, done some diamond art.

@MissGremlin - thanks for hugs, I am over feeling sick. My thoughts are just running wild so trying to keep them at bay but I may pay E a visit if I really need to. I’m staying safe though by making stars and watching Mary Poppins.

@Fluttershy1 i bet you are. Feeling sick is horrible. Hoping you can avoid having to go to hospital, but they are there if you really need them.

It’s really effecting my MH @MissGremlin - I’m really disliking it, hence why I’m using my skills. I just finished Mary Poppins now I’m watching Annie the 1999 version

@Fluttershy1 yes being sick takes a toll on your MH. You're doing so well though sweet to be using your coping skills. I haven't seen that one, I've seen the older one and the newer one though.

@Fluttershy1 there's an original older one, that's the one I like the most but i grew up with it.

I think you should keep trying your skills, it's getting late which hopefully means you'll be able to get some sleep soon.

Ohhh @MissGremlin - I didn’t know that’s there was more than 2 versions. I just looked it up, that’s so cool! I’ve only seen the last 2 versions.
