Hi
I get sexual sensations. And it stresses me out.

Tactile hallucinations must be very difficult, @Akarsha. How resilient you are for enduring this experience over all these years. And brave to share your feelings with us here.
Have you discovered any distraction techniques that help to shift your focus away from these sensations?

Hi
I never thought of that until you mentioned it. I will try and do research on ways to distract myself. I will also tell my new psychologist that these things happen to me.

I’ve had tactile hallucinations for the past 20 years they began about a year before I was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. The interesting thing is when I started to develop modes of communication between myself and the hallucinations for example pulling my nose up and down signifies a yes; pushing my nose left to right signifies a no. From those communications I started to understand my hallucinations. I realised they actually subconscious artefacts. I don’t worry about them anymore. They are just like having a little invisible friend.
