Not much sleep unfortunately @Shaz51 😞.
My little Hannah 🐕 is doing well thank you. We are getting ready for her big Public Access Test this coming Friday. But the weather has been so hot lately it's been hard to get out much.

I am a butterfly girl and have several butterfly tattoos.
It took me 10 years to try and work out what I wanted as my first tattoo. The top one is in memory of my best friend who lost her fight with breast cancer, and the bottom one is in memory of my partner.
My mum doesn't have my name in her phone, she has Butterfly. Lol

Just a note, do you think the butterfly tatoo pic will breach anonymity? If you are comfortable with it, we can leave it, but if you feel you will be 'known' by the tatoo, you may want to upload a different pic instead? I'll leave you to decide.

Yes, it's always that way. When there is so much and everything feels overwhelming, it's about the small steps. @Captain24 has just supported me to write down a list of things I need to do. My head has too many tabs open and I'm getting lost.
So far, I have 9 things I need to do. Looking forward to crossing them off my list.
@Jacques , I'm sorry you are struggling with all those panic attacks. I hope it improves for you. What little projects do you get into? Crafty stuff?
