Having half an apple for dessert

went to the pub for dinner and didn't bring my earplugs. that was awful. also the coke i got there tasted like it was all syrup

back home and recharging

I'm pretty sure my headache is due to the heat @Shaz51 I was out in it for four hours

@NightFury Nice! But I can't imagine the heat was!

@Shaz51 - can you have apples because they have a lot of sugar? Also, if someone has diabetes, can they eat protein bars?

@mallory_strife - going the pub sounds like it was more effort than it was worth. What are you chillin, doing now?

Oh! So protein bars are not good for diabetes! I know a kid who always wants protein bars as a replacement for muesli bars as a type 1 diabetic... his parents said it's okay... I was quetsioning it because it didn't seem right @Shaz51 hrmmm

Some protein bars are good for people with diabetes 1 or type 2

Type I is different to type 2 diabetes @tyme

But I don't eat protein bars because of the kidney disease Because they have too much salt and potassium in them

Sometimes I find it is overwhelming and tiring and hard but keep on keeping on

Being here helps me soo much to think of helping other members instead of myself

Mr shaz is doing OK even though he has cancelled support and is taking half of his new meds
