Saturday Soiree -- 17th January 2026

Hello@ all,

I'm having a difficult weekend because I ruminated myself into a hole... luckily I have a good support network rallying around me but I honestly need some more SANE connection sessions I think.

....The Mouse....

@Chasingsunsets it's been torrential rain here for hours thunder and lightning. middle son came over which was great. made a healthy dinner and managed to resist liquorice so feeling virtuous!

Which type of liquorice? Red twists are my weakness...

Today I have been busy doing the following things:

- Cleaned out my car as I paid to get it removed as I needed money for upcoming uni expenses

- Completed a crochet granny square for a blanket I’m working on

- Helped my housemate with packing the leftover stuff for the move on Monday

- Ate lunch

- Looked over my new puzzle magazines I purchased yesterday

- Checked my bank balance

I’m going to take it easy tonight and chill in front of the tv or maybe watch a movie on my phone via a streaming service I’ve got.

Take care!
