Hey there @creative_writer, I wonder if we flick in and out or noticing and whether we can just end up with larger windows of time of noticing. I often wonder this.
Oh yeah i completely agree with what you said. Its why i like to look for at least one good thing in my day as my days don’t have all that amount of good in there so really appreciate when something pops up 😊☀️

@Chasingsunsets it is hard to see the good when it feels so rough. It’s been a rough week so far, I’m hoping I get some relief from the new meds.

I understand @creative_writer 🙏, I hope the rough times can lessen and something good is around the corner. I had some really nice strawberries today they were pretty good 😊 probably one of my highlights for me today 🌻😊
