@tyme I was on shift today, about to log off. It was a quiet day, the wait period often causes help seekers to drop out early. My cup feels too empty to stick around. What have you been up to?

I went out this morning to get my car after a service, then I've been here @creative_writer . Not much otherwise and nothing planned for later tonight as yet.

@tyme I washed my makeup brushes and some containers. There is a social event I’m meant to be attending tomorrow, but at the same time it’s triggering me. I guess I’ll need to manage that anxiety somehow this afternoon
