i went for a walk earlier ,did some things at home and spoke to some of my family and my support worker today

i am going to a hearing voices gruop for the first time .

@Till23 blackberries and blue berries with yoghurt sounds amazing! I had some watermelon as part of my morning tea /lunch at work, at the moment I am taking one 40 minute break as I am on a short shift for the time being, i also had chicken thighs and a salad😋

And after a search of 3 supermarkets I finally found my decaf caramel lattes so I bought two boxes! Mainly for if i want to take one to work or just crave that particular tastes. I am happy using my new caramel syrup too

The hearing voices group is tomorrow.
