The Psychology Of People Who Are Tired Of Existing Right Now

The Psychology Of People Who Are Tired Of Existing Right Now

Hi everyone, It is 4am and I am having another panic attack. I was watching YouTube and stumbled along this great video I wanted to share with you all. It describes how I have felt for a long time.

i did ok @Till23 i had 1 sandwich per day and a few cups of coffee. mum was able to get me food when she was on new start but $5,000 per year did not go far. we had to live in the dark, we showered out of buckets had no phone, could only turn on the TV for a few hours per day. we where able to take the car out once a month for dr's appointments. we just adapted to our situation. yes, very difficult and shameful to explain how i lived for 10+ years.

I don’t think you should feel shame @Jacques to have made it through all those adverse circumstances. Most people couldn’t do it. Most people couldn’t imagine it, but you’ve lived through it and come out the other side. It shows incredible competence and resilience.

I once lasted a week on a packet of SAOs and a jar of Vegemite, but it was only short term lack of funds for about a year. People don’t understand that it’s not just the actual MH issue that you need to deal with but all the range of effects on every aspect of your life that you need to deal with and you did all of that.
