how is your weekend going , any plans for today
I have done 30 minute walk this morning
and just had a mango

Water was beautiful and felt so nice on my lisfranc foot. I practiced some slow walking in the water to build some strength
The fresh ocean air does wonders for your nervous system I believe. Being away from where all my health issues began has been really good for my wellbeing I believe
Boiled eggs sound delicious! 😋

Chops and veggies sound amazing! @Shaz51,
We ended up having some pizzas, three different flavours,
We had a pumpkin, sage and ricotta, a traditional margerita and an Italian sausage/meat lovers.
They were pretty good, we then went and had some ice cream, I had sorbet, I can't have a lot of lactose

Hey @Cuddlebear poor Wilbur no good about his ears. I hope you kept cool- it’s been unexpectedly warm in Melbourne today! No jeans and jumpers like I thought lol. Hit the ground running today just about to head to bed I’m pretty tired 😴

My beach walk was amazing! My balance was a little wobbly in the water but I did pretty well! I'm pretty proud of my progress in my rehabilitation so far.
I'm hearing Melbs is finally bringing the goods! I happened to exodus before it hit 🤣 was surprised to hear it was hotter than where I am holidaying up the peninsula, still perfect weather for the beach though :ok_hand:

Morning @Chasingsunsets . Yes I’m awake in the middle of the night. Opened house up to let in some fresh air. Yesterday was a good day and I feel fine today too. Out air on about 3.30pm yesterday and left it on when I went to bed. Will try to go back to sleep here.
