@Jacques it wasnt too hot here. Perfect weather for an hour walk at local park with stupendous views and rock formations.

They sound like pretty normal feelings to me, considering the season and life on top of that! I feel alone a lot too. I don't dislike people but have felt safest at home since my mental hub closed.

Try to be kind to yourself john74 and no, you don't deserve to feel alone. None of us do (unless you're an introvert that enjoys their own company) which is why I like this place.

A balance would be good for me but SANE is a big part of my life now. I don't do anything in moderation! 😁 I mostly sit on here every day.

I do have some voluntary commitments that I have to do, which is good to get me out and socialise.

I haven't been on that long but it's nice to have a family who care! 💛
