All sounds okay with you, which is great. You reminded me. Yes, I need to work myself up to go up town this morning. We have a town full of holiday makers for the next six weeks! Busy! All good over my way at the moment.

Processing shite from an abusive church I used to go to twenty odd years ago. It just came up the other day, a nice Christmas present! :face_with_rolling_eyes: I can work through it with some research and support from the church I go to now. There's an older man who is an ex-pastor and psychologist there who I get on well with and will talk to him. I hope you don't mind me mentioning church. There's always something on my mind. It doesn't stop! Overall, I'm expecting a good day ahead! 💛

Hugz @Cuddlebear @heartathome @Shaz51 @Chasingsunsets

Had a reasonable day. My son done good.

Thank you, but still processing lots. I was texting somebody today about fathers work, and realised my father worked for 22 years in a wide range of fields. It was just the last 5 years before he died that he didn't get much work. Think he was burned out from my mother and her family. We do really need to ask what these diagnoses really mean and the associations and stigma that comes with the labels. All still pretty traumatic, but denial has its traumatic consequences too. Fancy having to wait this long for a decent conversation! What are these paid people up to that they cant ask or share relevant phrases or questions or unpack, but just jump into little judgie budgie positions! I have work history that spans from 13 to 65 so. Yes part time some of it, but heaps way more than fulltime. Hmmm.

No worries @GezzaP

Guess I am in a grump.

Hey @john74
