@Mindee @Cuddlebear @Shaz51 @Appleblossom @NightFury @K8e

Just trying to remember who else to tag, sorry if I missed you. Sending you all gentle holiday wishes. This time of year can be incredibly tricky. I know my Mum hates Christmas because she left my Dad in December. It can be really hard if you are without family to spend the holiday with. It is such a time that focusses on happiness and togetherness but that is not always the case. I hope you have all spoilt yourself and made yourselves a special meal to have. Thinking of you @TAB, how has your day been?

Now I will go back and check who else I was supposed to tag

Re: Merry Christmas?

Hi @Oaktree I hope you had a tolerable day.

My husband and I went to an Irish pub for his birthday today. Huge roast turkey and ham with lots of veggies and everything else. Dessert was very tasty.

I always worry my husband feels his birthday is secondary to Christmas. This year we decided to stay in our own state instead of travelling 9 hours to see family. I also didn’t realise my husband felt like he was working when going home because his family would enquire /set up computers, phones, tv etc.

I think going out for lunch together will be our new birthday/Christmas tradition!
