That's concerning to hear your ex has gotten handsy with your daughter - that sounds like it's been extremely stressful for her and you 🥀. It's great you're doing what you can to keep her safe🛡. How old is your daughter? If she is under 25 she can also reach out to the Counsellors at Kids Helpline on 1800 55 1800 | Web Chat. And services such as 1800 Respect and other crisis/emergency services may be helpful in the type of situation you describe too 🌿

@GezzaP I just spoke to my daughter and she said they have both calmed down now, so she should be safe. I am going to look into reporting him to child protection services.

Hi @AuntGlow I had a little frustration cry earlier. I feel so helpless that my daughter is stuck living with that pig because of my own mental health issues and the fact that I have been living in a caravan park for the last 6 years and am not able to work.
My daughter has the right mindset to process what she is putting up with. She messaged me saying not to worry about her too much, which she knows is hard since she is my daughter, but she is strong and can get through this. She said that she is not going to let him make her a bad person.
I have screenshots of messages she sent me about the way he was treating her back in February. I think I will combine them all together, in a document and take it to the police just to get a record of it. Back in February I sent all the messages through to the police, but they need my daughter to come in and make a statement. Which petrified the shit out of her. But she was too scared of any repercussions that might come her way from her father.
