@AlwaysMyself I feel a general defeat. I have tried so hard with zero success. I’m all alone in this world and really hate myself.

I hear you with the trying and making no headway. I wonder if the link @AuntGlow just posted in my thread on anhedonia might also be an ecouraging read for you?

So far i relate a lot to the intro about how damaging it is to keep doing what is "meant" to help and finding no improvement -- how discouraging and defeating that feels.

@Snowie the lunch and dinner plans sound nice! glad it's a more intimate gathering, but still, lots of cooking and cleaning hey.

got my fingers crossed that tomorrow/friday morning aren't crowded. i went to the shops on Sunday last week and was surprised with how busy it was! even near 'closing time'! i've gotten my shopping done now (order some online as well). my sis was a big help, i dragged her along with hehe.

@Eve7 haha the precise date and location of your last coffee just made me smile. do you dislike the taste of it? tea's great too, what's your fav flavour?

so we are staying home for Christmas

he said we will have ice cream drumsticks , buy a cooked chicken

Just turned air on @rav3n as its 38 here now. Cooling bedroom down will leave air on overnight. Early night for me and extra meds (I’m allowed to). Is going to be hotter tomorrow will have to soak garden in the early morning. Puss is cuddling up a bit warm for that.
