@AuntGlow , I am drinking a decaffeinated flat white with lactose free milk,

And I would say I feel proud, because I have made a small turn around in my recovery and regained some motivation to get a few tasks done by setting small goals in my journal the night before 👍

I am drinking my go-to soy iced latte and

I am feeling... content after cleaning my kitchen. way to go @AuntGlow , well done

@AuntGlow I am lazy and just do an instant mix... moccona and nescafe... whatever is on special.
