Wednesday Coffee and Chat -- 17th December 2025

Yep @Shaz51 metoo re getting out ... I had a very social day today and it was mostly good.

went to local restaurant with son and support worker, had good sesh with new physio, did some good mental health outreach, dealt with a local court gossip issue (unrelated to us) visited frail aged friend with son. So lots social stuff.

@Former-Member @Snowie @AuntGlow @Eve7 @Stryk3r83 yep re ...was a coffee addict ..man I worked at Lygon st in the70s! Its norty to sink as low as instant, but dats de way de cookie crumbled. Jusy do one a day now and lots herbal tea.

Yes @rav3n it is way too hot for me.2 prefer early mornings so I get up early to do chores and then snooze later. Hope you are well.

@AuntGlow , thank you! 😍 Today's goals are to do some washing (it's 38 degrees 😫), and to also finalise my brother and sister in law's christmas present 🎁

A bit lack of energy and lazy today, definitely don't cope well with heat
