Not so good at the GP today

He told me to admit my self emergency service to go hospital to see the acute care team .

So I could get help

So that did not go down well with me .

I'm going to struggle to get the help I need to be balanced .

So I'm just touching base today

Maybe be back when I feel a bit better

I am glad that Mr Shaz seems to have improved and is doing things, it's great he has made himself a studio and a coffee for you @Shaz51. Hopefully that is a relief for you.
