It's been five long weeks since I've picked up any medicinal 'smoko'! I've been smoking it for over 50 years. It was my first thought when I got home this morning because that's been the norm for so long. The reason I gave up was mainly for financial reasons. I'd been thinking of giving up my car insurance to continue smoking but decided to try to get off it instead. The cravings are strong, but I can be very stubborn! 😉

@heartathome oh sweetie, that is amazing! Keep going, you can do it. And please don't give up your car insurance! I did the same thing, gave up my insurance to pay for cigarettes and backed into a bollard...
One day at a time and if you do lapse, don't beat yourself up. 50 years is a long time for any habit. Good for your stubbornness, you knew it would come in handy one day! xo

Not cigarettes! I'm talking about pot @TAB I vape nicotine and aren't planning on giving that away because the way my friend does it (making up the liquid - two food grade liquids and nicotine), it costs me next to nothing! Getting a vape into the country is the hard part. Customs have already confiscated one lot, which was a couple of hundred dollars lost. If I had to buy those flavoured ones that cost over $60, I'd give it up. I can't afford them and they're full of harmful chemicals that I'm not prepared to vape. 💚

@heartathome I've never struggled with addiction as such but I was addicted to SH which was a really hard cycle for me to break as it had become routine, i did manage to go almost 2 years without doing anything previously then started again but I've been free for about 3 months now. Hope this is ok to share with you, if not please let me know and I'll remove it.
