Hi everyone and thank you for your good wishes, prayers and thoughts.

I have decided to take some time off from Sane for a little while as I am not in the best place mentally. I have been very depressed, as well as having uncomfortable dreams about people I loved and who rejected me. I don't think I've had a day where I haven't cried because I am so emotional.

I am too emotionally involved and my mental bucket is so empty it's bone dry.

I will continue to pray for y'all and hope that you are blessed beyond measure with kindness, love and understanding.

Take care

Enkeli xoxo

Re: Enkeli's Space

Hey @ENKELI I moved the convo here as I wanted to add some extra info about the stuff I gave you the other day. I was a bit concerned you were just given a diabetic pill and was expected to navigate the system alone.

GP's have limited time to do anything else other that do tests and provide basic advice within the timeframe they are allotted to see you. It can be quite distressing for some people knowing that they dont have anything in place once they are diagnosed with diabetes

Here are some services you can try that I used for diabetes which made a huge difference to me at the beginning of my journey

https://www.ndss.com.au/

https://www.diabetesaustralia.com.au

They provide compassionate guidance and advice and all the things you need to know so you are not alone

* You can also watch Diabetes Summits on the internet which are curated interviews with professionals on a whole range of topics surrounding diabetes. You can b!nge watch for free within the time sensitive window or invest in a purchase of all the interviews. I chose to b!nge watch for free and got some incredible takeaway advice.

Another thing I forgot to mention is diabetes and diabetes meds are known to back up your plumbing ranging from mild to severe. Mine was severe. I decided to mention this to you because later in this piece I'm going to share something remarkable.

I followed my diabetes educators advice and took an OTC constipation pill which was not effective, she also had me on psyllium husk which also did not work.

She told me to get a step like this from your favorite place - Funnings! which is like those loo steps you see in naturopaths offices to tilt the pelvis and open the elimination pathways. Its an affordable option she said compared to buying an expensive one from a naturopath. That did not work for me but works for some people to make bowel evacuations easier.

I was told by my diabetes educator to take an enema which I bought from the chemist as well as a pharmaceutical prescription for constipation from my GP. It was a hug box of sachets that hardly fit in my basket. I cried and I knew I was at the end of the road.

Saw a naturopaths natural [named edited by moderator] formula which I stole the ingredients from to prepare in my kitchen with some modifications for diabetic contraindications. It worked to a degree but was still straining and it was costing me money each month.

In the end I researched chromotherapy a natural therapy using sunlight and colored glass and read online blue solar water is effective at treating constipation. I thought it was a long shot but decided to give it a try. I got a food grade blue solar water bottle and started drinking the blue solar water each day.

You must get food grade as they are full of contaminants like lead. Websites selling these have disclosure statements about how they are manufactured for consumer safety. I bought mine from a store in Hawaii by the name of Blue Bottle Love. Please dont buy from Amazon or ebay you dont know how they are manufactured and in most cases are not food grade.

Anyway my constipation stopped. I did an experiment and stopped the blue solar water and my constipation came back with a vengeance. Ever since then its never failed me. If I stop drinking it I have constipation. I love my blue solar water! If you look anywhere online with info on chromotherapy it will say blue solarised water treats constipation.

Plus its free and I dont need to buy anything else. I just drink it every day and dont need steps, psyllium husks, expensive naturopathic motion potion formulas, enemas or costly pharmaceutical preparations with who knows whats in it. I can only go by my experience and what chromotherapy has said online.

For the record I think Big Pharma would rather not want you to know. I was buying a fortune worth of pills, powders and enemas and nothing worked except my blue solar water!

ENKELI I hope this doesn't happen to you! I was really desperate which is why I'm leaving it here for you to read so you dont experience the same thing I did! It can pose serious risks being backed up but just wanted to share my experience of what worked for me ❤️

I hope this finds you well!!!

Here are some of the beautiful sandblasted blue solar bottles you can get:
