Yes, I am going to concentrate on my Art, & Poetry, & Jewelry Making, I need to make some extra finance, & I have all here to build up my hand made Jewelry, for sale. I will finish off my last Portrait, & then write some Poetry, & make some designs for some new Jewelry to sell. All those, are things I love doing, & even tho my hand hurts, I will go slowly, & carefully.
Now, I feel excited to have a positive goal, at last. 🙂

Yes having positive goals sure do outlander, it crept up on me so slowly, I got stuck in it all!! I have not been so negative in such a long time, it frightens me so much!!!
I will have to try & not get overloaded again. 😞
Anyway, I'm aware now, & I am thinking poistive, & achieveable, changes so I have 1 foot in front of me now! 
Will go let my pups in now & put them to bed in the Laundry, amazing what a turn about today has been!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx & More!

@lapses a set of acrylic paints and a sketch book would be great.
If you want another option, you can find an old large-ish book in an op-shop that has seen better days and is likely to end up being thrown out. If you tear out every third page, it will thin the book down a bit so it doesn’t end up too bulky by the time it is filled with art journal pages. Next you glue two pages together to make them thicker, and let them dry, or dry them with a hairdryer. Then you water down the white acrylic paint a little, or any other colour you want to use, and paint lightly over the page. By the time you have finished working on the page a light dusting of faint text will be showing through, and that adds more interest.
I will copy and paste this answer into the Art Class thread, and I will do a page along with you. I will glue a magazine page into my art journal so you can see what it looks like, and we can work together.

Step 1
Have started my page by cutting up some text from a magazine and gluing it all down, similar to if I was using an old book .....
Tomorrow I will water down some acrylic paint and paint over it like a wash ..... side to side .....

Here is what I have done today .....
I chose 3 acrylic paint colours, added white to them individually, and watered them down a bit so that the text would show through.
Then I painted stripes down the page in a repeated pattern, and dried it with a hair dryer. Then I painted more stripes across the page to create a tartan sort of design, and dried it off again with the hair dryer.
Then I painted PVA glue all over the (dry) surface to create a seal, and dried it off again. That way it has made a surface that you can work on without the materials soaking in and spreading. It has also created a bit of a rough, crackled effect, like bark in a tree.
