Here is a simple page @Former-Member ..... and anyone else who wants to give it a go .....
Don’t worry about what materials other people have used .... use whatever you have got ..... and if you are working in a journal, which can even be an old book from an op-shop - it’s cool to just to paint over the words on the printed pages but tear out every other page first to make the finished book not so thick - and glue two pages together to work on so the pages become a bit thicker like card.

I had a seriously frightening Panic Attack this morning, & I tried to contact someone quickly. I am overwhelmed atm, with too much real life issues for me to cope with. I am sorry for upsetting you. @Former-Member was on line when I messaged her, but she did not see my Tag. There were no people on the phones as it was too early in the morning. I tried Lifeline, but they were very busy, & I could not wait on the phone so long. Fortunately, I had some meds that I took to help me. I am very uneasy about having the same thing happen to me again. I have no one to be there for me, & I can not give support to anyone the way I am atm.
My head has been aching all day today, & I am very unwell. Ruby is here with me, & I am trying to cope, the best way that I can. I will work it out, thank you @Faith-and-Hope
for allowing me to talk to you.

I needed someone quickly, I was panicing, you were the only one in SF at that time. I tried to get your attention & Tagged you. You must not have noticed, so I deleted my text. Then I went to Lifelines new, Online site & read some help they have in there. You can text chat when in need now, Online in, Life Line'.

I have had a hedache all day, outlander, this is the worst I have been in years, atm.
I will sort it out, I'm happy your doing Art again. I may even start Art again myself, as I need a harmless distraction to ocupy my mind, Looks like GOD may have answered The Prayers as I never thought of doing Art, funny how I ended up Tagging @Former-Member & her not knowing, now I'm talking to you & @Faith-and-Hope in this Thread. The LORD moves in Mysterious ways. I was going to delete my profile, after reading what @Sophia1 wrote to me in CT it all made sense, & I trust her 100% . GOD is working all things for my good afterall! Amen 🙂
