Im not the best today, just taking things slow. Trying to self care and rest.

I have a meet up with my soccer team tonight, so im looking forward that at least.

I saw my gp yesterday and it was pretty disheartening. We are no longer going to investigate my fatigue and I've formally been diagnosed with Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), its something I've suspected for ages, but its a slap in the face because there is no treatments or management. Its prognosis isnt great and im so fed up with not being able to function.

Such is life, but its left the sting of hopeless, its hard to imagine what future i have left.

Im not suicidal or anything, I just dont know how much more shit I can take. There is also family shit going on over east. Im glad im away from it in perth, but tech means they still try to call and message me.

Anyways, enough of my crap, the weather here is lovely today. Last bit of cool weather before summer hits hard with a 38 on Monday.

I worked this morning, came home for lunch and just woke from a nap. Still feeling sleepy, but trying to stay awake now so that I can sleep tonight.

The weather's been weird: still so cool despite bring almost summer, and humid, too.

This week I've been trying to get back into playing piano. I've lost my dexterity because it's been so long since I last played.
