Hi Everyone, I am wondering if other people are still having the Forbidden problem
I feel like I have been Forbidden 403 times! 🤣
I have sent an email to the IT people via the form, twice I think
It's a bit frustrating, but in the scheme of things not that terrible.
Just wondering if others still have the problem

Not recently, @Till23 , but I have encountered it numerous times in the past on here. I just get an error message when I try to "support" your post, so IME that's a pretty good indication that the site's broken again. 😣

What i find strange about the support button not working, is that then it works, and then not! At times the mods can fix the problem, while other times the support button continues not to work, like now, over a much longer period of time.
Has the code that powers this forum a mind of its own, or is there no one who can get to the bug bugging us?
(An dark AI operating in reverse to SANE's policies or something?😁)

It's frustrating, I know! @DownMoreThanUp Sometimes it works for me but is a lot slower coming up now. At other times it works for others and not me and vise versa. I know they would be doing their best. 💛

omg @Till23 I am not getting the 403 forbidden msg but I am wearing thin on this malfunctioning support button 🤪. Could they at least change the colour of the error msg box just to change it up and make it interesting 😆
Struggling with the malfunction of the button as I feel it can be more than 50% of communication with everyone and we already have a lot of barriers re communication as it’s a forum so when the button goes it really a trigger for me felt deep lol. Like having one arm tied behind your back 😬🫠
For people who have been on the forum for a long time does this happen a lot or worse recently ?
I love the forum though, so thanks to all the workers behind the scenes and on the scene for all your hard work 💜

403 forbidden errors are getting more and more frequent.
log on this morning, read and reply to one post. Go to another thread to type a post and … “403 forbidden”.
less than 5 minutes and I’ve have to shut down everything, clear cache. Waste time waiting, in hope, forums will be accessible so I can post reply on 2nd thread.
Im aware it’s some type of file or program error and is not personal. I’m struggling to be able to stay on the forums for more than 10minutes most days. Am already socially isolated, the forums being only place I have for contact with people. Quickly reaching the point where thinking about not trying anymore. Would mean no one to talk with, lot less stress though
