@AuntGlow , the flu is still hanging on , not as bad until I start doing things

It will be a big day for my partner tomorrow! It's difficult to say goodbye to someone you love! I don't think he's feeling much at the moment. He's still in a state of shock. As for me, I'm doing well! I guess I'm busy and that suits me! I'm tired as we don't usually sleep together. He's up and down all night and I'm a light sleeper. He'll be here until Thursday so it will be a tiring week.

very hot where I am today and looks like we’ve got a heatwave here for all of this coming week 🥵 not good news for me lol. too hot to do anything but sit in front of fans and aircon and crank a good music playlist 🤣

I was having earl grey tea most of this morning but have now switched to nice ice cold classic lemon squash, a childhood favourite of mine

would certainly love to be feeling the cooler weather in Melbourne right now! hope everyone who’s copping the heat is doing alright 💗

Hi @heartathome it’s definitely been a while since we’ve last spoke! And yes I always on come here almost everyday at least so I think you might’ve missed me 😊 I’m doing ok but also not ok at the same time. It just sucks that things don’t get better so it’s easy for me to lose hope in that. No matter how much and how hard I try to do or try to chase certain things in order to make things in my life a “positive turning point” for me, but to no avail.

On a positive note though, my weekend has been good - yesterday I went to the disability expo with a support worker and today I went to the ten-pin bowling game with a different support worker. It was my first time trying out bowling and I’ve been wanting to try it out cause it looks so fun! And I did have a lot of fun with it!! I would definitely do it again!
